Early morning mists, swept along Loch Laggan by a cold east wind, eventually relented sufficiently to allow this atmospheric shot of Ardverickie Castle.This baronial mansion on the southern shore of Loch Laggan is well preserved, but generally kept out of the public spotlight. The BBC television series "Monarch of the Glen" filmed here, has recently created much interest.
