Privacy
The only information we need from you is your contact details; Name, Address, Post/Zip Code, Telephone Number, and E-mail Address. This information is collected from you solely to allow PhotoLatitude.com to process and ship your order. The information is not given to any other organisation (excepting debt collection or credit checking where necessary), and will not be used to send you unsolicited mail.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Goods and Delivery
No stock is carried. All photographs are printed to order in the size(s) requested. Delivery will be within 21 days of receipt of order (if paid by credit/debit card), or within 21 days of cheque clearance if paying by cheque or foreign draft. All orders received will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail.
Returns Policy
All photographic prints offered for sale on this site are of professional quality. If for any reason you change your mind about the photographs and wish to cancel your order, then providing that within 7 days of receiving the photographs you contact PhotoLatitude.com in writing, you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the goods being returned in good condition. If you are unable to ship the goods to PhotoLatitude.com, we will arrange collection from the delivery address, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
Sizes
The final size of each print is dependent on the cropping of the individual image. Print sizes are displayed in the pop-down menu with associated prices. Sizes displayed are to the nearest mm within a tolerance of 3mm. The sizes in inches, given in brackets, are intended as a rough guide only. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all sizes, we cannot guarantee that every size is correct. Following the placement of an order, all sizes will be checked and in the unlikely event that any sizing error is found, we will email the correct sizes prior to despatch of the goods.
Colours
Whilst every effort is made to reproduce accurately the colours of the photographs on this site, due to variation in settings in individual computers and monitors there will be variations beyond which PhotoLatitude.com cannot be held responsible.
It should be noted that the products sold on this site are original photographs, not lithograph paper prints mass produced, and therefore as the creation of each photograph is an individual process for that particular photograph, there will be some slight variation, but within acceptable limits as judged by the seller.
Payment Options:
1. . CREDIT/DEBIT CARD via PAYPAL
You will be required to open a PayPal account in order to pay for your goods. When you have made your order selection, the actual processing of your card is carried out by PayPal (an Ebay Company).
While you are online, your card details will be authenticated by PayPal (this only takes a few seconds) and the transaction will take place in real-time online through the PayPal secure server.
You will be able to pay for your purchases in any of the following currencies: UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Japanese Yen and the Euro. We have provided a link to a current exchange rates facility. This is intended as a guide only. PhotoLatitude.com take no responsibility for the accuracy of this. The company processing your payment may have slightly varying exchange rates.
As the actual card processing is carried out and kept secure by PayPal, PhotoLatitude.com have no access to your card details.
2. PAY BY CHEQUE
If you prefer (or your country is not covered by PayPal), cheque payment will also be accepted but it should be noted that it may not be possible to dispatch the photographs within 21 days, as dispatch can only be made once the cheque or foreign draft is cleared by our bank. Cheques should be made payable to PhotoLatitude.com and are to be accompanied by the mail order form which can be printed from this site.
3. PHONE / FAX / MAIL
We can accept credit card payments manually. Simply download our order form and fax or post it to us.
SHIPPING
All photographs are shipped by Royal Mail; 1st Class Special Delivery to UK addresses, and by Airmail International Signed For to addresses outside the UK.
PhotoLatitude.com will replace any products damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this, you will be required to notify PhotoLatitude.com by email within seven days and send back the damaged goods. Following receipt of this, PhotoLatitude.com will replace the goods and reimburse your postage costs.

PhotoLatitude.com reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, photograph availability, prices and conditions of sale.

Our on-line transactions are processed on our behalf by PayPal, part of EBay. We have chosen PayPal so that you (and us) can be confident when making payments on-line.
